We listen, act, and transform
Welcome to Extra Peace Counseling, where we specialize in providing compassionate, tailored therapy to individuals who may have struggled to find the right counselor in the past. We understand that the journey to healing isn’t always straightforward, and finding a therapist who truly fits your unique needs can be a challenge. That’s why we’re here—to offer a safe, understanding, and flexible space where you can finally get the support you deserve.
Founded by [Ashley Lanier], a dedicated therapist with over 11 years of experience in the mental health field, Extra Peace Counseling was created with a commitment to helping individuals who feel overlooked or misunderstood by traditional therapy models. Over the years, Ashley has had the privilege of working with clients from diverse backgrounds, with a particular focus on supporting individuals on the autism spectrum, those with histories of trauma, and those navigating personality disorders.
One of the core beliefs of Extra Peace Counseling is that therapy should be personalized. We know that many clients—especially those on the autism spectrum or with complex trauma histories—struggle to find a therapist who truly understands their specific needs and can tailor therapy in a way that works for them. At Extra Peace Counseling, we take the time to listen, adapt, and create a plan that feels comfortable and effective for each person we work with.
In addition to our in-office sessions, we offer teletherapy services that provide clients with the convenience of receiving therapy from the comfort of their own home. We are committed to making therapy more accessible and ensuring that every client has the opportunity to heal, grow, and thrive.
At Extra Peace Counseling, we are here to support you with empathy, respect, and a genuine desire to see you succeed in your personal journey. Whether you’re working through trauma, navigating life with autism, or facing challenges related to personality disorders, we are ready to partner with you in creating a path to peace and personal growth.
